Type of the argument value.
purpose: ArgumentPurpose
Special purpose of argument, or Normal
.
extension: ArgumentExtension
Method for extending argument to a full register.
location: ArgumentLoc
ABI-specific location of this argument, or Unassigned
for arguments that have not yet
been legalized.
