Mempool Concurrency

Look at the concurrency model this uses...

  • Receiving CheckTx
  • Broadcasting new tx
  • Interfaces with consensus engine, reap/update while checking
  • Calling the ABCI app (ordering. callbacks. how proxy works alongside the blockchain proxy which actually writes blocks)
