Do not allow undefined peerInfo
# What The code assumes that `peerInfo` exists, the API doesn't. # How to test ```js swarm = new Swarm() swarm.addTransport('tcp', tcp, { multiaddr: mh }, {}, {port: 8095}) ``` This shouldn't explode because of `self.peerInfo.multiaddrs`.
