Purge a number of Mozilla-specific WebIDL

Browse Source 
Did a bunch of grepping for `moz*` and searched for "moz" in rustdoc,
deleting anything that looked mozilla-specific. Now there's nothing left
with the "moz" prefix in rustdoc!
