kad: Export QueryId and add Kademlia::protocol_name. (#1469)
The `QueryId` type should be exported as it is used in the
`NetworkBehaviour::ProtocolsHandler` type of `Kademlia`.

`Kademlia::protocol_name` is added for convenience.
