* Remove unused circular-buffer crate
* Move transports into subdirectory
* Move misc into subdirectory
* Move stores into subdirectory
* Move multiplexers
* Move protocols
* Move libp2p top layer
* Fix Test: skip doctest if secio isn't enabled
