PUBSUB command implemented.

Currently it implements three subcommands:

PUBSUB CHANNELS [<pattern>]    List channels with non-zero subscribers.
PUBSUB NUMSUB [channel_1 ...]  List number of subscribers for channels.
PUBSUB NUMPAT                  Return number of subscribed patterns.
