Redis 2.7 release notes

This is the unstable version of Redis 2.8, currently work in progress.

When it will be ready for production, it will be releaed as Redis 2.8.0.

Release notes: more info about 2.4 -> 2.6 migration. Migration information moved at the end of the file as now they start to be too long to stay at the top, but a warning was added at the top of the file to remember the user to check.
