fix: replace node buffers with uint8arrays (#127)

* fix: replace node buffers with uint8arrays

Replaces all uses of node Buffers with Uint8Arrays

BREAKING CHANGES:

- Where node Buffers were returned, now Uint8Arrays are

* chore: remove gh dep
